Please note I do not accept returns or exchanges! If you receive your order and it is wrong or something is broken, please email me and I will do my best to help you out!
How long should it take for my package to be shipped?
Your package should be shipped 1-2 weeks after you place an order.
How long will it take for my orders to arrive?
After the package has been shipped, it should take 3-8 days with ground shipping; for international, please give it 4-8 weeks! Sticker mail is shipped by envelope and will take 1-2 weeks. Sticker mail is not tracked.
What do I do if I think my order is lost?
Because delays do happen, I ask that you wait 4 weeks after the order is shipped before reaching out. 2 months if it’s international.
USPS lost my package or it was stolen!
Unfortunately, once I ship out a package, it is out of my hands and control :-( You can file a claim with USPS but I might not be able to replace your item for you. Showing up to the post office in person will most likely be the best option to get direct help.
I put in the wrong shipping info, what do I do?
Please email me within 24 hours of making your order if any of your order info was wrong and I can change it! If you notice after 24 hours you can still reach out but I cannot guarantee it can be changed in time, I will do my best!
My blankets are shipped by the manufacturer so those are a bit trickier to change after the order has already been sent in, but I will do my best to contact the manufacturer and give them the correct address.
If your item gets shipped back to me, I can reship the item to the correct address, but shipping will have to be paid for again.
Why is international shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately shipping from the US to other countries adds up quite quickly, and I have the shipping as low as I can without selling at a loss. I apologize for the inconvenience. Fortunately, shipping only stickers through envelopes is rather cheap so grab some stickers!

I ship to the countries that are covered by my Shopify plan - Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, UK, US.
Do you do commissions?
I do not do any personal commissions, but as for freelance, I take that on selectively. If you are interested please email me.
I would like to get a tattoo of your work! Can I do that?
Yes! Please email me as tattoo ticket prices vary depending on the complexity of the piece.
